Day 1:

Bone broth is going. (Taken with instagram)

3 lbs beef bone

5 carrots

3 celery stalks

peppercorns

8 cloves garlic

2 tbsp cider vinegar

2 bay leaves

1 onion

Brown the bone in coconut oil.  Add the veggies and brown.  Add the seasoning.  Cover with water (about 6 quarts). Pressure cook for 1 hour.
