I don’t like to set weight loss goals, but I need to lose weight soo…
1. Lose 30 pounds. Slow and steady.
2. Fitness minutes fitness minutes fitness minutes. Play more. 1500/month
3. Primal Lifestyle, follow it. Religiously. Get rid of grains, workout more, gentle cardio, lift heavy things, relax.
4. Start Crossfit. (Will I ever get the nerve to do this? 2012 is my year). -Did this, first day January 7th, 2012.
5. Stick with it. I have done this a million times. I am ready to get to where I want to be and stay there. The yoyo thing has gotten old and the beer gut isn’t cute.
